LOVE OF OUR REDEEMER CHRIST JESUS!
May I be,
as BOLD as a Lion,
And as meek,
as a Dove.
May I go,
In the Spirit of Love. Given By
The Holy Spirit,

I WOULDN'T TAKE NOTHING FOR MY
JOURNEY
I
Wouldn't Take Nothing For My Journey Now Chorus: Well I wouldn't take nothing for my
journey now,
Got to make it to Heaven somehow
Though the devil tempts me and he trys to turn me
around,
He's offered everything that's got a name,
All the wealth I'd want and worldly fame,
If I could still I wouldn't take nothing for my journey now,
Verse 1: I started out traveling for the Lord
many years ago,
And I've had alot of heartaches, met alot of grief and
woes,
When I'd stumble then I would humbe down,
And there I would say I wouldn't take nothing for my
journey now.
Verse 2: There's nothing in the world that could
ever take the place of God's Love,
Silver and Gold could never buy His mighty Love from
above,
When my soul needs healing and I began to feeling His
power,
There I would say I wouldn't take nothing for my journey
now.
1Th 5:1 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye
have no need that I write unto you.
1Th 5:2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of
the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.
1Th 5:3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then
sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a
woman with child; and they shall not escape.
1Th 5:4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that
day should overtake you as a thief.
1Th 5:5 Ye are all the children of light, and the
children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of
darkness.
1Th 5:6 Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but
let us watch and be sober.
1Th 5:7 For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they
that be drunken are drunken in the night.
1Th 5:8 But let us, who are of the day, be sober,
putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an
helmet, the hope of salvation.
1Th 5:9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to
obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,
1Th 5:10 Who died for us, that, whether we wake or
sleep, we should live together with him.
1Th 5:11 Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and
edify one another, even as also ye do.
1Th 5:12 And we beseech you, brethren, to know them
which labour among you, and are over you in the Lord,
and admonish you;
1Th 5:13 And to esteem them very highly in love for
their work's sake. And be at peace among yourselves.
1Th 5:14 Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are
unruly, comfort the feebleminded, support the weak, be
patient toward all men.
1Th 5:15 See that none render evil for evil unto any
man; but ever follow that which is good, both among
yourselves, and to all men.
1Th 5:16 Rejoice evermore.
1Th 5:17 Pray without ceasing.
1Th 5:18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the
will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
1Th 5:19 Quench not the Spirit.
1Th 5:20 Despise not prophesyings.
1Th 5:21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
1Th 5:22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.
1Th 5:23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly;
and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be
preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus
Christ.
1Th 5:24 Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will
do it.
1Th 5:25 Brethren, pray for us.
1Th 5:26 Greet all the brethren with an holy kiss.
1Th 5:27 I charge you by the Lord that this epistle be
read unto all the holy brethren.
1Th 5:28 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.
Amen. The first epistle to the Thessalonians was written
from Athens.
2Co
5:16 Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea,
though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth
know we him no more.
2Co
5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature:
old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
2Co 5:18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to
himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of
reconciliation;
2Co 5:19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world
unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath
committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
Psa 1:1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in
the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. Psa 1:2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his
law doth he meditate day and night.
Psa 1:3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and
whatsoever he doeth
shall prosper. Psa 1:4 The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the
wind driveth away.
Psa 1:5 Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment,
nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. Psa 1:6 For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.
1Ti 4:10 For therefore we both labour
and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all
men, specially of those that believe.
